- Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Project Planning: Plan and coordinate daily site activities to achieve project targets within the scheduled timeline.

- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship meets project standards.

- Labour Management: Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams to ensure smooth execution of work.

- Drawing & Execution: Read and interpret civil drawings, coordinate with consultants, and resolve site-related technical issues.

- Material Management: Monitor material requirements, consumption, availability, and wastage at the site.

- Progress Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports and update management regarding work progress, delays, and site issues.

- Safety Compliance:



Ensure compliance with site safety rules, construction standards, and applicable regulations.

- Measurement & Billing: Verify site measurements, quantity calculations, contractor bills, and work completion records.

- Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely project execution.

- Documentation: Maintain site records, labour attendance, material records, inspection reports, and other project documents.

- Problem Solving: Identify site-related challenges and take corrective action to avoid delays and ensure productive execution.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
