Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement for real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, team management, and ensuring timely availability of quality materials within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, including civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, MEP, finishing, and interior materials.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit periods, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and evaluate quotations, comparative statements (CS), purchase orders, and rate contracts.
- Ensure timely material availability as per BOQs, project specifications, and construction schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance, material quality, delivery timelines, and procurement costs.




- Identify cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing, rate comparisons, and alternate sourcing.
- Coordinate with Projects, Planning, Engineering, Stores, Finance, and Accounts teams.
- Lead the purchase team, establish procurement processes, and ensure compliance with approval procedures.
- Prepare procurement budgets, MIS reports, cost analysis, and maintain purchase documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, market rates, BOQs, and vendor networks.
- Proven expertise in commercial negotiations, vendor management, and cost control.
- Experience handling procurement for multiple projects and managing high-value purchases.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Must be willing to work in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
