Your key responsibilities
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across both technical and non-technical hiring mandates. Ability to lead and coordinate a team of 2 members while supporting execution and reporting to the TA Manager. Strong stakeholder management capability to align hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines across business teams. Excellent communication skills to manage candidate, hiring manager, and internal team interactions effectively throughout the hiring process. Hands-on understanding of general consulting and recruitment workflows,
with the ability to support efficient and structured hiring delivery.
