- Brand management of Brands Allocated.

- Preparation of Annual Marketing brand plan.

- Execution of designed marketing strategies & its follow up.

- Proper utilization of promotional budget for achieving targeted top line & bottom line of brands / portfolio.

- Qualitative & Quantitative analysis of brand related data and using it in strategizing.

- Building rapport & connect with the KOLs.

- Field motivation tools and training

- Valuable communication skills.

- Ability to think strategically.
