Mandatory Skill: Paradigm Omni / Similar CPQ Platform Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Senior Paradigm Omni Integration Developer with strong expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms, enterprise application integrations, and API development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Paradigm Omni or similar CPQ solutions and integrating them with ERP, CRM, PLM, and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Paradigm Omni and enterprise applications.
- Build integrations for product master data, customer master data, pricing, discount management, product configuration, and catalog management.
- Support end-to-end Quote-to-Order processes and downstream business workflows.
- Develop REST APIs, web services, and message-based integration components.
- Configure and customize CPQ solutions based on business requirements.
- Perform data migration, data mapping, transformation, and validation activities.
- Integrate CPQ platforms with ERP, CRM, PLM, PIM, and MDM systems.




- Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, CPQ consultants, and implementation teams.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience implementing Paradigm Omni or similar CPQ platforms .
- Strong understanding of CPQ, product configurators, rules engines, pricing, discount management, and quote management.
- Experience with approval workflows and product catalog management.
- Expertise in REST APIs, JSON/XML, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, PLM, PIM, and MDM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data mapping, data transformation, and ETL/data migration.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or configurable product environments.
- Exposure to CPQ implementation and modernization programs.
- Familiarity with Paradigm Vendo, Safeguard, or Nexus.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
- Experience working directly with Paradigm implementation teams.
