Job Summary You will own daily operations on our biggest Meta accounts for D2C brands, work closely with the creative team and report to founders every week. You are the senior we do not have to manage. Run Meta for D2C accounts, with creative as the lever.

Responsibilities

- Own the full Meta account architecture across D2C accounts
- Daily campaign optimisation, weekly cohort reviews and monthly reporting
- Work with the creative team on the volume of creative each brand needs
- Server-side CAPI implementation and measurement triangulation
- Mentor mid-level buyers and review their work weekly
- Run the brief on quarterly strategy resets

What we look for

- 5 to 9 years running Meta at brands or agencies, D2C preferred




- Comfortable owning a PL and explaining it to founders
- You treat creative as the lever, not the bottleneck
- You read data daily, optimise weekly and never overreact A bonus if you have

- Klaviyo or WebEngage familiarity

- Shopify Plus tagging experience
- Cohort modelling tools such as Triple Whale or Northbeam
