Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – MEP to manage and oversee MEP activities for residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of all MEP works in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage MEP works for residential high-rise and housing projects.
- Oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and other building services.
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor site execution to ensure quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Manage MEP contractors, subcontractors, manpower, and material requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues and clashes between MEP and civil works.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, fire safety requirements, and project standards.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning,



and handover of MEP systems.
- Review contractor bills, material approvals, and technical submittals.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in MEP execution and management for residential construction projects.

Experience
- Typically 10–15 years of overall experience in MEP.
- Robust experience in residential high-rise or large-scale housing projects.
- Experience handling multiple MEP services and contractors independently.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting systems.
- MEP drawings, BOQ, estimation, and quantity verification.
- Contractor and vendor management.
- Site execution, quality control, and project planning.
- Testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Coordination with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience managing MEP works for residential towers, apartments, or large housing projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹572,000.00 - ₹1,550,000.00 per year
