Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end Project planning and execution

- Manage, coach and monitor the VRM team

- Define advisor segments, calling priorities and project targets

- Manage the inactive/unmapped advisor database

- Monitor VRM productivity, contact ability, engagement and lead generation

- Validate and consolidate qualified leads

- Ensure timely allocation/share of leads with respective ACMs

- Track the complete funnel from Advisor Base ? Contact ? Lead ? ACM Follow-up ? Reactivation ? Business

- Coordinate with ACMs to monitor lead closure and advisor activation

- Develop project dashboards and MIS for management

- Analyse project performance and identify bottlenecks

- Drive corrective actions to improve lead quality and conversion

- Capture advisor insights and use project data to refine targeting

- Ensure process adherence, data quality and campaign governance

- Drive overall project effectiveness and incremental business contribution
