What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an organised and experienced Sr. Inventory Specialist to manage inventory, warehouse operations, stock accuracy, dispatch, and inventory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day inventory and warehouse operations while maintaining stock accuracy.
- Conduct stock verification, cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory audits.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and maintain proper inventory records.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO, proper stacking, labelling, and 5S practices.
- Manage B2B/B2C dispatch operations and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Ensure accurate dispatch documentation, including invoices, E-Way Bills, packing lists, and PODs.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems.
- Track stock levels, ageing, slow-moving inventory, and inventory movement.
- Prepare and analyse regular inventory MIS reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support teams.




- Ensure compliance with inventory and warehouse SOPs.
- Support audits and guide junior team members in day-to-day inventory activities.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.

Experience in manufacturing, e-commerce, or consumer electronics will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
