About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and digital creatives, along with the ability to develop engaging designs for various digital marketing campaigns and platforms.

The candidate should be capable of transforming marketing briefs into visually appealing designs that align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and campaign requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creative assets for digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, ad creatives, promotional graphics, and campaign visuals.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Display Network.
- Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, emailers, and website banners.
- Understand client briefs, brand guidelines, target audiences, and campaign objectives to deliver effective visual communication.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing, SEO, content, and client servicing teams to develop impactful creatives.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
- Create multiple design variations for A/B testing and performance marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, colour schemes, and visual elements across all deliverables.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients and make revisions within the agreed timelines.
- Organise design files, maintain creative assets, and ensure proper handover of final files.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–7 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer,



preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing social media creatives, digital advertisements, and brand communication materials.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms, creative specifications, and advertising formats.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate marketing objectives into engaging designs.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, digital campaigns, and branding work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with multiple clients across different industries.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused design.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation using tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows.
- Experience creating design variations for campaign optimisation and A/B testing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
