Position Title: Sr Executive - HR

Job Location: - Ahmedabad, Changodar

Unit: Ahd Manufacturing Plant

Mandatory

- Payroll Management (present employee strength M-staff is 15 member, hence payroll input will go for these many ppl, rest are Blue collar employees)
- Wage Sheet Preparation: Must have experience preparing wage sheets for blue-collar employees
- Manpower Planning and Recruitment: Responsible for manpower planning and recruitment of management staff.
- HRMS: Experience with any HRMS platform is mandatory (presently we use MANUFACTURING WORLD, but any other HRMS is good)
- Knowledge on EHS activities

Good to Have

- Industrial Relations (IR): Not mandatory, but positive to have.
- Exp in MANUFACTURING WORLD (HRMS)
- Manage DEE of the factory
