Roles & Responssibilities

- Proven experience in Aerospace Sheet Metal Tool Design.
- Robust expertise in the design and development of Form Blocks, Hand Form Blocks, Press Tools, Milling Fixtures, and Checking Fixtures.
- Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5 for tooling design and 3D modeling.
- Hands-on experience in Loft Creation and surface modeling techniques.
- Sound knowledge of aerospace tooling materials and manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding and practical application of GD&T; principles.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Knowledge of sheet metal forming processes, machining, assembly tooling, and inspection methodologies.
- Ability to independently manage tooling design activities from concept through manufacturing support.

Qualification - BE in Mechanical Experience- 5 - 10 years experience
