Ensemble Infrastructure India Ltd (EIIL) | Projects – Site Execution

? Location: West India (onsite, large industrial facility) | Transferable PAN India after the initial assignment

? Experience: 6–10 years in drywall / dry construction, with at least 3 years as a supervisory engineer

? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil). Diploma (Civil) with 8+ years considered

EIIL is a Design & Build specialist with 1,900+ projects delivered for Fortune 500 clients across India. We are looking for a hands-on drywall specialist to own fire-rated partitions, tall drywall enclosures and false ceilings, from shop drawing to handover.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings, and work with OEM design teams (Gyproc, USG Boral, Knauf or similar)
- Lead drywall gangs and sub-contractors on fire-rated partitions (including walls 7 m+ high) and gypsum/board ceilings
- Coordinate with MEP,



HVAC and fire-fighting trades so clashes are resolved before boarding
- Run stage-wise inspections and compile the fire certification dossier
- Prepare JMRs, support RA billing and keep material wastage within norms
- Enforce work-at-height and site safety standards

What we’re looking for:

- Hands-on experience with at least one major drywall OEM system
- Working knowledge of fire-rated assemblies, NBC 2016 Part 4 and IS 3809 / BS 476
- IS 1200 measurement, AutoCAD and MS Excel. MS Project or Primavera is a plus
- Experience on industrial, data centre or pharma projects preferred
- OEM training certification (e.g. Gyproc Academy) is an advantage
