Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager-Quality

- Ensure successful completion of ISO audits by maintaining full compliance with applicable standards and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
- Maintain a robust supplier quality system by conducting evaluations and audits that result in improved supplier performance and reliability.
- Drive resolution of supplier-related issues through effective analysis and closure of SCARs, ensuring long-term corrective actions are implemented.
- Sustain high levels of in-house product and process quality by overseeing quality systems and ensuring adherence to defined standards.
- Reduce assembly-related failures by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions that prevent recurrence and improve production efficiency.
- Support successful new product launches by leading PPAP activities that ensure all quality documentation and validation requirements are met.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and reduce warranty costs by managing complaints effectively, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of 8D problem-solving methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for all significant quality issues.

To succeed, you will need

- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant Previous experience 10 years
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics/SAP
