- Drive change orders, claims prevention, dispute resolution and risk mitigation.

- Partner with project, engineering, supply chain and legal teams to optimise commercial outcomes.

- Negotiate with customers, EPC contractors and suppliers to protect margins and enhance revenue.

- Provide strategic commercial guidance to senior stakeholders across global projects.

The Successful Applicant





- Proven experience in commercial contract management, claims management and EPC project environments.

- Strong background in engineering, industrial manufacturing, energy or oil & gas sectors.

- Expertise in contract interpretation, commercial negotiations and dispute resolution.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence senior leadership globally.

- Based in Pune or open to relocation.
