Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong foundation in tax compliance and advisory with practical exposure to AIF and Private Equity Clients. Hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, AIF tax matters, and fund setup and ongoing tax compliance. Ability to support due diligence exercises and deliver ad hoc tax advisory across complex client scenarios. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SEBI, FEMA, and IFSC to address transaction and compliance requirements. Proven capability to manage end-to-end client deliverables with accuracy, timeliness, and consistent execution.
