Job Summary The opportunity: Senior Associate-National-SaT-SaT - TCF - Valuation - Mumbai

Your key responsibilities

- Demonstrated expertise in business valuation methodologies, including DCF, market multiples, and comparable transaction analysis. Proven ability in intangible asset valuation, applying relief-from-royalty, multi-period excess earnings, and cost-based approaches. Skilled in building robust valuation models and preparing accurate, well-documented valuation reports for diverse clients.

Robust understanding of valuation standards and assumptions, ensuring defensible and compliant analysis. Capable of guiding and developing junior team members on valuation techniques, model quality, and reporting standards.

To qualify for the role you must have

- Chartered Accountant

- CFA

Experience

- 2-3 years
