Job Summary

We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of our web applications. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and delivering exceptional customer support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for web applications to internal teams and external clients.

- Diagnose and resolve application issues, including performance, configuration, and integration problems.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Monitor application health and proactively identify potential problems.

- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and improve support processes.

- Assist with deployments, patches, and version upgrades as needed.

- Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
