1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, practical experience with Tally or ERP-based accounting software, and a sound understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and verification of financial transactions.
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including outstanding payments and collections.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and other professional advisors.
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities accurately and within deadlines.




- Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor outstanding balances, verify accounting entries, and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
- Assist management in financial reporting, data analysis, and other accounting-related assignments.

1. Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and ERP-based accounting systems.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

1. Required Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Practical experience in financial statements, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in a manufacturing or cement industry environment will be an added advantage.
