We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer with a strong portfolio of impactful design work and proven expertise in vendor management. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can seamlessly blend design thinking with strategic collaboration across departments and external partners. You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and ensuring flawless execution of creative projects across all media.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Leadership

 Lead the conceptualization and 3D design of high-impact marketing materials including branding, digital campaigns, print collateral, packaging, presentations, and event assets.

 Design and create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and environments for various creative projects.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives.

 Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.

 Mentor and guide junior designers; review work and provide constructive feedback.

Vendor Management

 Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with creative vendors including print shops, photographers, videographers, freelancers, and agencies.





 Negotiate contracts, timelines, and budgets with vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective execution.

 Monitor vendor performance and ensure delivery of assets aligned with brand standards and deadlines.

 Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors for outsourced design needs.

Project & Process Management

 Oversee multiple design projects from brief to delivery while ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

 Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align on timelines, resources,

and deliverables.

 Maintain organized files and documentation for all creative and vendor-related work.

Required Skills & Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

 6+ years of experience in a creative design role, preferably with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

 Proven experience in managing creative vendors and external partners.

 Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After

Effects) and Figma.

 Experience in digital, print, and motion design.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

 Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and color theory.
