Job Title: Sports Sales Executive

Location: Astra Towers, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal (on-site)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

About us

King Sports Management runs football development programs for young athletes. We are growing our sales team to help more athletes and parents join our programs.

About the role

You will call athletes and parents who have already applied to our programs. These are warm leads, so your job is to understand their goals, explain how the program works, and guide them through enrollment.

Responsibilities

- Call athletes and parents who have applied to our football programs
- Explain program details, fees, and benefits clearly
- Answer questions and handle concerns with patience
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrollments




- Update daily call and lead records
- Meet daily and monthly enrollment targets

Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer calling
- Fluent Hindi, and good English
- Confident, polite phone communication
- Interest in football and sports (preferred)
- Able to work on-site at New Town, Kolkata
