Job Summary:

Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely vendor payments, customer collections, and accurate account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage vendor invoices, payment processing, and payment schedules.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and collection activities.
- Reconcile vendor, customer, and inter-branch accounts.
- Track ageing reports and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, banking, and finance teams.
- Prepare monthly reports on payables, receivables, and cash flow.

Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance. Preferred Experience: 5 to 12 Years

Required Skills: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, Excel, ERP/accounting software, and team coordination.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
