Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for LT & MV Switchgear products.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying recent business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop strategic plans for growth.

Job Requirements :

- 3-11 years of experience in low voltage (LV) or medium voltage (MV) switchgear sales or related field.

- Strong knowledge of LT panels, LV switchgear, MV switchgear, and their applications.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction at all levels.
