Role: Speech-Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
- Provide speech and language therapy to children and adults.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Collaborate with audiologists, ENT specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records, assessment findings, and progress reports.
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home-based exercises.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech and Hearing.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- A compassionate approach and genuine interest in rehabilitation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
