Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and help create an inclusive and supportive learning setting.

Age: Below 40 years

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and assess students who may require additional educational support.
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and appropriate intervention strategies.
- Provide individual or small-group support based on students’ learning needs.
- Work closely with class teachers to adapt teaching strategies, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Monitor and document students’ academic, behavioural, social, and developmental progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and the school leadership team regarding student progress.
- Support students with learning difficulties, developmental needs, attention-related challenges, and other educational requirements.




- Conduct remedial and intervention sessions as required.
- Promote inclusive classroom practices.
- Maintain appropriate student records and documentation.
- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and professional development programmes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education or a relevant field.
- RCI-recognised qualification/registration preferred, where applicable.
- Prior experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
- Knowledge of inclusive education, learning difficulties, and intervention strategies.
- Strong observation, communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
