Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a passion for South Indian cuisine to join our cloud kitchen team. Candidates will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Handle bulk cooking and online food order preparation.
- Assist with daily cloud kitchen operations and timely order dispatch.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and portion consistency.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Monitor ingredients, stock,



and food wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
- Knowledge or interest in South Indian cuisine.
- Freshers with basic cooking knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates with cloud kitchen or bulk cooking knowledge are preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
