Job Title: South Indian Chef

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or around Thane will be preferred.

:

- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes, including dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, and chutneys.
- Preparation of Idli , Dosa and Vada Batter
- Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations and food preparation efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient stock and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of orders.

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a South Indian Chef preferred.
- Knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good hygiene and time-management skills.
