Job Title: Sourcing Manager - Home Furnishing

Job Summary:

The Sourcing Manager will identify, evaluate and manage suppliers for home furnishing products. The role is responsible for sourcing suitable products at competitive prices while meeting required quality and delivery standards.

Product Categories:

- Bedsheets and pillowcases
- Cushion covers
- Comforters
- Bath towels, hand towels
- Other home Furnishing products

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop reliable manufacturers, mills and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate competitive prices, payment terms and commercial conditions.
- Coordinate product sampling and follow up on approvals.
- Ensure that fabric, colour, dimensions, stitching, finishing and packaging meet required standards.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with the design, merchandising and quality teams.
- Resolve supplier, quality and delivery-related issues.




- Maintain accurate costing, sample, order and supplier records.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Graduate or diploma holder in Textiles or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in sourcing or merchandising home furnishing products.
- Sound knowledge of fabrics, printing, dyeing, stitching, finishing and packaging processes.
- Established supplier contacts and strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and ERP or procurement systems.
- Willingness to travel to supplier locations and manufacturing units as required.
