Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Head with strong expertise in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) sourcing and procurement within the EMS / electronics manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier development, cost optimization, supplier negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead PCB sourcing and procurement activities for electronics manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of domestic and international PCB suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements.
- Identify new suppliers and evaluate them based on quality, cost, delivery, and technical capabilities.
- Drive cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure timely availability of PCBs as per production schedules and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, and Finance teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality issues, delivery commitments, and corrective actions.
- Manage supplier risks,



alternate sourcing, and supply continuity.
- Lead and mentor the sourcing and procurement team.
- Develop sourcing strategies, budgets, and supplier performance reports.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in PCB sourcing and procurement in the EMS / electronics manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in vendor development, price negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
- Knowledge of PCB types, specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements.
- Experience in supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and supply chain risk management.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Requirements

- 15+ years of overall experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Significant hands-on experience in PCB sourcing within EMS or electronics manufacturing. Should have knowledge of global procurement.
- Proven track record in cost optimization, supplier development, and team management.

Preferred Candidate: A senior sourcing professional with established PCB supplier relationships and experience managing sourcing operations for high-volume electronics manufacturing.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
