Role Overview The Sourcing / Procurement Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers, negotiating cost-effective deals, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and maintaining optimum inventory levels. This role demands strong market research skills, vendor management abilities, and a keen eye for quality and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities 1) Scouting &

- Research Identify and research new products as per business requirements. Search, evaluate, and shortlist new vendors through online and offline channels.
- Vendor Management Conduct price negotiations, finalize orders, and secure favorable terms. Maintain solid relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term business continuity.
- Procurement &
- Inventory Perform regular inventory checks and ensure timely re-ordering of materials. Monitor stock levels to support cost and inventory optimization.
- Quality &
- Delivery Assurance Ensure timely delivery of goods as per order terms.



Oversee quality checks, GRN preparation, and manage material return processes for discrepancies.
- Cost Optimization &
- Compliance Continuously evaluate vendors for pricing, quality, and service efficiency. Work towards reducing procurement costs without compromising quality.
- Operational Support Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, accounts) for smooth procurement flow. Handle other procurement-related support tasks as required.
