Solution Architect

Responsibilities

- Responsible for designing the solutions, considering GreyOrange & products, and other support material handling equipment required for the solution.
- Responsible for engaging the client on the technical solution and getting the technical sign-off on the solution
- Will be required to use his analytical competency in using Advanced MS Excel & other data processing tools, and should be able to work on the same with minimal interference from the supervisors
- Will be using AutoCAD and validating/making small changes in the drawings
- Should have an eye for detail, cover sanity check, all exceptions and any deviations
- Responsibility of ensuring documentation (MOMs, executive summary, reference slides and presentations) at all time,s along with the standard operating processes
- The person will be responsible for owning the end to end execution over the project life cycle from the pre sales to go live stage




- The person will be required to work in collaboration with the Product and engineering team to develop the overall solution abased on the customer commitments.

Requirements

- Should have 5+ Years of experience in the warehouse industry
- Should be a B.Tech/ B.E + MBA.
- A fair understanding of the warehousing domain and material handling technologies is desirable
- Should have an understanding of WMS system functionalities and details of the software operations
- Should have positive communication skills to effectively communicate with the team and peers (oral and written)
- Should be sensitive to timelines and raise an alert at the right time
- Should be able to use the optimal tools for the desired results
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers and the customer environment
