ServiceNow Architect - We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture &

• Design: Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HRSM, Knowledge &

• Case Management, and Custom Portals (ITOM is a plus).

- Strategic Transformation: Drive ITIL-based transformation initiatives, aligning platform capabilities with business and enterprise architecture goals.
- Technical Leadership: Act as SME and technical leader, providing guidance to development teams and mentoring junior architects.
- Solution Development: Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions, including design documentation and data model enhancements.
- Integration &

• MID Server:

Manage MID Server lifecycle,



and design secure integrations with intranet and external systems.
- Analytics &

• Reporting:

Utilize ServiceNow Performance Analytics and BI tools for dashboards and data-driven insights.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing strategy, usability reviews, and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Platform Governance: Manage upgrades, recent feature adoption, and architectural governance.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
