JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage factory coordination, vendor liaison, stakeholder communication and compliance activities for our 500 MW PERC Solar Cell & Module Plant. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, equipment vendors and external authorities to support smooth factory operations and capacity ramp-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with equipment vendors, suppliers, procurement and planning teams to ensure timely material availability, equipment support and issue resolution.
- Factory Operations Coordination: Facilitate coordination between Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement and Logistics teams to support production targets and minimize operational disruptions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track production updates, material availability, vendor issues, downtime and key operational metrics, and share regular updates with management.
- Presentations & Reporting: Prepare presentations, dashboards and reports on factory performance, project milestones, vendor issues, capacity expansion and compliance status.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with customers, investors, suppliers, government authorities and other external stakeholders as required.
- Compliance & Liaisoning: Support factory approvals, renewals, inspections and documentation related to statutory requirements, PLI, ALMM, BIS and applicable state policies.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate training, onboarding and cross-functional activities with HR and department heads to improve communication, accountability and operational efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement:



Support SOP implementation, workplace safety, 5S, Kaizen and timely closure of operational action items.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Chemical) or an MBA with a focus on Operations or Supply Chain.
- 5–9 years of experience in manufacturing operations, vendor management, factory coordination or liaison activities.
- Experience in solar cell/module manufacturing or high-volume process manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good understanding of PERC solar cell and module manufacturing processes, equipment, materials and basic quality/yield concepts.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, including reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Knowledge of factory statutory approvals, government liaisoning and compliance documentation will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and Telangana’s industrial ecosystem will be preferred.

This role requires a strong combination of factory coordination, vendor management, stakeholder communication, presentations and compliance follow-up. Candidates should be comfortable working in office in a manufacturing environment and coordinating with multiple departments and external stakeholders.

- Primarily on-site at the solar cell and module manufacturing plant.
- Occasional travel to Hyderabad, vendor locations and government offices.
- Flexibility to support critical production activities, audits, commissioning and capacity ramp-up.
