Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Technical Expert – Java to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where the candidate is expected to actively participate in coding, architecture discussions, technical design, and mentoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud-native development, API integrations, database design, and up-to-date DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and software design.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Managers, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Drive architectural decisions and establish development standards across projects.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
- Participate actively in coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Plan deliveries, define milestones, and ensure timely execution of project commitments.
- Identify project risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure high application availability, scalability, reliability, and security.




- Work with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Contribute to platform modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Promote engineering best practices, including design patterns, automated testing, and secure coding practices.
