Role Overview: Run and operate the end-to-end software platform, serve as the primary phone contact for channel partners to resolve software queries and data updates, and coordinate directly with software engineers to report and resolve technical errors.

Core Responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Telephonic Support & Data Updating

Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to assist channel partners with software usage, workflows, and access issues. Guide partners step-by-step over the phone on correct data entry, status changes, and record updates.

Resolve partner queries quickly and maintain professional, patient phone etiquette.

1. End-to-End Software Operations

Operate the complete software platform daily (admin panel, dashboards, master data, user permissions, and transaction workflows). Ensure data accuracy by reviewing, updating, and maintaining records directly in the backend.

Run standard checks and operational routines across all modules of the platform.

1. Engineering Coordination & Error Escalation

Collect error details, screenshots,



and replication steps whenever partners encounter system issues. Coordinate directly with software engineers to explain bugs clearly and follow up on bug fixes.

Test resolved issues post-fix and confirm the resolution back to the channel partner.

Key Requirements

Strong Verbal Communication: Fluent, clear phone communication with the ability to explain software steps simply.

Hands-on Software Operation: Rapid learner capable of mastering and running the complete software end-to-end.

Coordination & Problem-Solving: Ability to act as an effective middleman between external partners and internal tech teams.

Experience: 1–3 years in software operations, application support, partner desk, or technical voice support.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, or relevant practical tech-operations experience preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
