Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer (React Native) role based in Delhi, India.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver recent features. The role involves debugging and optimizing existing applications, participating in code reviews,



and contributing to technical documentation and best practices.

The Software

Engineer will also help improve development workflows, stay current with mobile and JavaScript ecosystem trends, and support the continuous enhancement of Acrapath’s digital products.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with hands-on experience building production applications.
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying OOP concepts to structure and maintain complex codebases.
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts and ability to integrate React Native apps with APIs and server-side services.
- Practical experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile UI frameworks, and RESTful API integration.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Experience in building scalable consumer or enterprise mobile apps and interest in recruitment or HR tech is an advantage.
