Role Description The Soft Skill Trainer will design and deliver interactive training sessions focused on communication, life skills, and professional behavior for students and early-career learners. This contract, in office role is based in Jaipur and involves conducting workshops, classroom sessions, and simulations to enhance participants’ soft skills and workplace readiness.



The trainer will assess learner needs, create training materials, customize content for different programs, and use engaging methodologies such as role-plays, group activities, and presentations.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring learner progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining training records, and collaborating with academic coordinators to align sessions with institutional objectives. The role also includes periodically updating training content to reflect current industry expectations and emerging professional skill requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Training & Development and Life Skills expertise to design, deliver, and evaluate effective soft skill programs.
- Excellent Communication and Soft Skills to model professional behavior and engage diverse learner groups.
- Effective Presentation Skills to conduct clear, structured, and interactive workshops and classroom sessions.
- Prior experience as a soft skill trainer, corporate trainer, or faculty in skill development or professional education.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage batches, and coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
- Familiarity with competency-based training, assessment tools, and learner-centric teaching methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, management, or human resources is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for creating presentations, training aids, and maintaining learner data.
