The role

You work under the Head of Marketing & Content and make things happen — reels, statics, captions, shoots, campaigns, emails, ad creatives. Drops land overnight and content has to go out the same morning. You're the person who gets it out.

What you'll do

- Produce content for Instagram and all social channels — reels, statics, stories, captions

- Assist on and run shoots; coordinate with the video team on edits

- Build and manage comment-to-DM flows (ManyChat)

- Execute sales and campaigns — banners, landing pages, site copy, emails

- Build ad creatives for the agency to run — scripts, statics, variations

- Coordinate creators and UGC — briefs, follow-ups, approvals

- Track the numbers — reach, engagement, campaign performance, email — and report weekly

- Keep the content calendar moving

- Bring ideas. Constantly

What we need

- 2–4 years in marketing, with at least 1–2 years at an e-commerce or D2C brand

- Has made reels that performed and can show them

- Writes clean, sharp captions and copy

- Comfortable on shoots and with basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere)

- Knows Meta ads well enough to build creative for them

- Into sneakers, streetwear, beauty or wearables — knows the products, the drops, the sizing

- Quick on your feet. Comfortable with zero planning time

- Uses AI daily — scripts, captions, variations, research

- Graduate
