Role Description<

The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across various social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, drafting posts and captions, coordinating with the creative team on photoshoots and video assets, monitoring engagement metrics, and suggesting improvements based on performance insights. The intern will also help with basic digital marketing activities, such as campaign support and audience research, to enhance brand awareness and online reach.





This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Lucknow, where some tasks can be completed from home while others require on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for supporting campaigns and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to help plan, develop, and publish effective content.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for clear collaboration, professional client interactions, and effective copywriting.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and current digital trends is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Lucknow, manage time independently, and adapt to fast-paced creative workflows is preferred.
- Enrollment in or completion of a program in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
