Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook. This full time remote role involves creating and scheduling posts, assisting with content calendars, and monitoring engagement and performance metrics.

The intern will help research industry trends, identify relevant topics, and contribute ideas that align with client branding and communication goals. Day-to-day tasks include drafting captions and basic visual assets, engaging with online communities,



and collaborating with the team to refine digital marketing tactics. The intern may also assist with reporting, competitor analysis, and preparing updates for internal and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including familiarity with major platforms and basic analytics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with an understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, and brand positioning.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear writing, professional online etiquette, and the ability to adapt tone to different brands.
- Candidates should ideally have basic design awareness (e.g., Canva or similar tools), attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, PR, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team is required.
- Interest in startups, public relations, and brand-building, along with a willingness to learn and take feedback, will be beneficial.
