We’re Hiring | Social Media & Content Manager

RealtyNXT is looking for a proactive qualified who can manage people, strengthen our social media presence and take ownership of content from planning to publishing.

Responsibilities

- Manage editors and social media interns through clear briefs, systematic delegation, constructive feedback and consistent follow-through.
- Own the content calendar across editorial stories, podcasts, interviews, client campaigns and events.
- Develop distinctive content IPs and recurring formats with clear audience relevance and execution plans.
- Coordinate professionally with PR agencies, clients and industry representatives on briefs, deliverables, approvals and timelines.
- Plan and execute event coverage for RealtyNXT and clients, including shoot requirements, live updates, reels and post-event content.
- Write and review captions, scripts and creative briefs, ensuring accuracy, strong storytelling and brand consistency.
- Edit reels with effective hooks, pacing, subtitles and platform-appropriate presentation.




- Track content performance and use insights to improve reach, engagement, readership and organic growth.
- Use AI tools effectively for research, ideation, scripting, editing and workflow efficiency, while verifying accuracy and maintaining quality

Skills & Expectations

- Strong written and verbal English, with confident client communication.
- Practical command of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, including publishing, platform formats and analytics.
- Hands-on proficiency in reel-editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content and video production.
- Sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Leadership through ownership: anticipate requirements, resolve bottlenecks, communicate early and deliver without repeated reminders.
