Social Media Manager | Full-time, on-site (Gurgaon).

Role Overview

Got Tea is looking for a Social Media Manager to own the brand's entire communication channel. This role covers everything a customer hears from us outside our stores: the content calendar, the copy, the launch communication, and the community. A defined tone of voice already exists, and the role holds it consistently across every platform.

Key Responsibilities

? Own and operate the content calendar across all platforms, from planning through to publishing.

? Write all customer facing copy, including captions, launch announcements, campaign messaging, and community responses.

? Direct and execute content shoots, covering planning, team briefing, styling, and creative direction.

? Lead communication for product and store launches, including messaging, sequencing, and timing.





? Manage community interaction across comments and direct messages.

? Monitor performance, report on results, and adjust the approach accordingly.

Requirements

? Strong written communication and a natural, confident copywriting ability.

? A restrained visual sensibility aligned with our design language, which is calm, careful, and easy.

? Confidence with camera, behind the camera, and in editing.

? Organised planning combined with quick execution.

? The discipline to maintain a consistent brand voice across changing formats and trends.
