About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, follow the latest trends, and grow our brand's online presence. Both freshers who are eager to learn and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and engaging copy.
- Research trending topics, audio, hashtags, and content formats.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team.
- Track social media performance and prepare reports.
- Analyze engagement and recommend strategies to improve reach and growth.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.





Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing is an advantage.
- Ability to create engaging content and write captions.
- Willingness to learn new tools and marketing techniques.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Eligibility
- Freshers: Candidates with creativity, basic social media knowledge, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced Candidates: Applicants with prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing are welcome.
- A degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
