Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our entire digital marketing team, develop effective marketing strategies, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth through organic and paid marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage the entire marketing team, including social media executives, content creators, graphic designers, video editors, and performance marketers.
- Plan and oversee content calendars, reels, campaigns, brand communication, and audience engagement.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, ROI, and marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee analytics, conversion tracking, SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing activities.
- Set team KPIs, delegate responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
- Analyze competitors,



market trends, and campaign data to improve marketing strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and present marketing insights to management.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably with team leadership experience.
- Robust expertise in social media strategy, content planning, brand management, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and digital marketing analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage teams, budgets, and campaigns independently.
- Experience in the overseas education or study abroad industry is an added advantage.
