Airborn is a functional and f ashionable sports jacket brand. Airborn Adventure Gear is a homegrown, online-first D2C sports and outdoor apparel brand, founded in 2025. We design, market, and sell in-house, with manuf acturing done as jobwork through a trusted partner in Pune.

Role: Social Media Manager

We're looking for a fresher to own Airborn's organic social media presence — growing our Instagram from the ground up, creating content around our windcheaters and outdoor jackets, and running collaborations with fitness and outdoor communities. This is a hybrid role, working closely with the founder .

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (Hybrid) — we currently operate out of a rowhouse/apartment setup.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute Airborn's organic content calendar across Instagram and other platforms.

Shoot, edit, and post content for windcheaters, ultra-lightweight jackets, waterproof jackets, winter jackets, and soft-shell jackets — on hikes, treks, runs, and rides

Coordinate collaborations with running clubs, fitness clubs, and hiking/trekking groups for content and co-promotion

Write captions and manage comments/DMs in Airborn's voice — functional, fashionable, and outdoors-first

Track growth metrics (followers, engagement,



reach) and iterate on what's working

Stay on top of trends, reels formats, and the outdoor/fitness influencer landscape

Work with the founder on brand storytelling across organic and (as needed) paid social

Who W e're Looking For

Fresher — a personal portfolio, reels, or an active social handle you've grown is a strong plus

Comfortable with content creation/editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Instagram's native tools, etc.)

Good written communication and a feel for visual storytelling

Genuine interest in outdoors, fitness, or sports is a plus

Self-driven and comfortable owning a function in a small, f ast-moving startup
