We’re Hiring: Influencer Marketing Assistant Company: INSHINE Cosmetics Location: Pitampura, Delhi Job Type: Full time | Work from Office INSHINE Cosmetics is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Influencer Marketing Assistant to manage and coordinate influencer marketing activities for our beauty and cosmetics brand.

Key Responsibilities ● Identify and research relevant beauty, makeup, and lifestyle influencers. ● Reach out to influencers through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms. ● Coordinate product collaborations, barter deals, and paid promotions. ● Manage influencer communication, follow-ups, and collaboration schedules. ● Coordinate product dispatches and collect influencer content. ● Track reels, posts, stories,



and campaign performance. ● Maintain an updated database of influencers and collaborations. ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers.

Requirements ● Good communication and coordination skills. ● Active knowledge of Instagram and influencer trends. ● Interest in beauty, makeup, and cosmetics. ● Good follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills. ● Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience.
