1. Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who is passionate about digital trends, content creation, and online brand building. The intern will assist the Social Media team in content planning, posting, audience engagement, and campaign coordination across multiple social media platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to real client projects and agency operations in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management Support

- Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Support in scheduling and publishing posts, reels, and stories
- Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interactions
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for timely posting

Content Planning & Coordination
- Assist in preparing monthly content calendars
- Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Support in brainstorming content ideas and campaign concepts
- Coordinate content approvals and posting schedules

Community Engagement
- Help monitor social media engagement and audience feedback
- Support in maintaining active communication across social platforms
- Assist in tracking social media growth and engagement metrics

Reporting & Administrative Support
- Maintain daily posting and activity reports
- Assist in preparing social media performance summaries
- Organize social media assets, captions, and content files

1. Skills & Requirements

- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media trends
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Creative thinking and interest in digital content




- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

1. Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Prior internship, certification, or personal social media handling experience is a plus
