What You ll Do

Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content

Research trends & suggest creative ideas

Manage basic community engagement

Support campaigns & collaborations

Track brand mentions & conversations online

Respond to DMs, comments, and reviews politely & promptly

Escalate sensitive issues to seniors when required

Maintain brand tone across all interactions





Skills You Need

Strong command of English with creativity & attention to detail

Ability to take and give feedback

Up-to-date with social media & AI trends

Professional communication & empathy in responses

Tools You Should Know

Canva or similar design tools

Basic photo/video editing software
