Role Description The Social Media Executive (D2C/Skincare/Beauty) is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing daily social media activities across platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content suited to skincare and beauty audiences.

The Social Media

Executive will handle community management, respond to comments and messages, monitor social conversations, and maintain brand consistency. The role includes coordinating with marketing and design teams to develop campaigns, track performance metrics,



and optimize content based on analytics. The individual will also stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to support brand growth and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to manage campaigns, build brand presence, and drive engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to plan, design, and execute platform-specific content and promotions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with audiences, collaborate with internal teams, and convey brand messages clearly.
- Relevant experience in D2C brands, especially within skincare or beauty, and familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, use basic design or content tools, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Noida.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in social media roles.
