About hepn hepn is a growing consumer food brand focused on making healthier everyday food choices more accessible without compromising on taste.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can help us build a robust and distinctive brand presence across Instagram and other digital platforms.

This is not a role where you will simply schedule posts or follow a predefined content calendar.

We want someone who can think of ideas, create content, shoot videos, write scripts/captions, edit reels, design creatives, follow trends and continuously experiment with new ways to grow the brand.

What You'll Do

- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, Reels, Stories and other social platforms
- Plan and manage hepn's monthly and weekly content calendar
- Write engaging captions, scripts, hooks and social media copy
- Shoot high-quality product, lifestyle and social media content
- Edit short-form videos and Reels
- Create social media posts, stories and creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Come up with interesting campaigns, concepts, trends and content series for the brand
- Turn simple brand/product ideas into engaging social media content
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, memes, audio trends and emerging content formats
- Coordinate product shoots and create content around launches, offers, events and campaigns
- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs and community-oriented content
- Monitor content performance and understand what type of content is working




- Experiment with different hooks, formats, storytelling styles and creative concepts
- Work closely with the founders/team to develop HEPN's overall social media personality

Skills We're Looking For You should be comfortable with most of the following:
- Content Writing & Copywriting
- Reels / Short-form Video Editing
- Basic Photography & Videography
- Content Shooting using a smartphone/camera
- Canva Designing
- Instagram content creation
- Storytelling and script writing
- Understanding of social media trends
- Basic social media analytics
- Strong visual and creative sense

Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage.

Bonus Skills

These are not mandatory, but will be a major plus:

- Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Advertising
- Google Ads
- Influencer marketing
- Performance marketing
- SEO / digital marketing knowledge
- Experience working with D2C, FMCG, food or lifestyle brands
- Experience managing brand collaborations
- Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms

- Able to take an idea from concept → script → shoot → edit → publish
- Comfortable appearing behind or occasionally in front of the camera when required
- Detail-oriented about how content looks and feels
- Fast-moving and able to create content consistently
- Interested in building a brand, not just managing a social media account
- Proactive—you should be able to come to us with ideas rather than always waiting for instructions

You don't necessarily need many years of experience. A strong portfolio, creativity and the ability to actually create good content matter more to us than the number of years on your resume.
